A: Normally orders ship within 24-72 hourswhen the payment done. We offer Aliexpress Shipping ( free shipping ). You can receive a notification after shipped out.

Q: How long can the metal color last?

A: We have some jewelry with 14K gold and 925 silver material,if they are not maintained during wearing,it will lose color, fade and discolor. For 14K gold and 925 silver jewelry with dull color, please refer to the following jewelry maintenance methods.

Maintain 925 Silver Jewelry:

1. Use water add baking soda to clean and wipe.

2. Use a soft cloth to dab some toothpaste to scrub the jewelry, then rinse it with clean water, and wipe it with a cotton cloth. (Tooth powder works well)

3. Use silver-wiping cloth and silver-wiping paste to wipe (generally available in jewelry stores. Note: the silver-wiping cloth contains special potions, not washable.)

4. Soak in silver washing water, then wash it with clean water, wipe it with cotton cloth, and keep it dry. （However, it is recommended to use as little silver washing water as possible, because it will cause damage to the silver jewelry after long-term use

Maintain 14K gold Jewelry:

1. Clean with alcohol and soap, use a soft cloth dipped in soapy water and wipe with hotel.DO NOT use particles such as toothpaste,which will scratch the surface. Scrub it once a week, it will shine brightly.

2. Soak in ammonia water. After the 14K gold jewelry is dirty, soak it in ammonia water overnight to wash off the dirt.The concentration should not be too high, so as not to corrode the protective film.

3. Baking with alcohol lamp. There are often white spots on the surface of the jewelry. It is due to the jewelry use of some tribute chemicals.The decoration is formed by sticking on its surface, and the tribute will melt when it encounters low temperature, and then gently wipe it with a soft cloth.

4. Use an old toothbrush dipped in a neutral cleaning solution or a commercially available jewelry cleaning solution to lightly brush it.
